On the 3rd saturday of every month, we open the winery doors to any and all who wander in. This Saturday is our first
Urban Winery Tour of the new year. Why do we call them that? We really are an urban winery! Nestled in East Pasadena, surrounded by businesses of all types, we’re the only winery in the city. Most wineries are located in agricultural zones, near vineyards and other crops, but we saw an opportunity to bring something new and different to Southern California. By working with select vineyards and wineries in Sonoma and Alexander Valley, we bring the best of what Northern California growing regions have to offer to Southern California people, no road trip needed.
At least one of our Winemakers will be there to answer you questions and give you a tour of our little winery. They can tell you why 1/2 of our Cabernet Sauvignon is in barrels while the other half is in some of those big steel tanks along the wall, as well as why our Chardonnay pairs so well with almost any food (hint: no oak!).
The first year in our winery was a learning experience for us all, and we’ve got a lot of exciting new events in the works for 2014, starting with a new restaurant event on January 30th. Stay tuned for those event announcements and don’t forget to “like” us on
